Shipping policy

Each Rust & Rose candle is hand-poured with care and prepared in small batches. Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days, with extended timelines during peak periods and seasonal promotions.

To protect your candles during the warmer months (May–September), we ship Monday through Wednesday only. This helps ensure your order doesn't spend unnecessary time in transit or sit in delivery trucks over the weekend during extreme temperatures.

All orders are shipped via UPS, and we aim for delivery within 2–4 business days depending on your location within the United States.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

While we carefully package every order and work closely with our shipping partners, transit times are ultimately determined by the carrier and are outside of our control once your package leaves our studio.
